  • Mindfulness meditation is a practice of focus on being intensely aware of what you sense and feel in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness incorporates breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help grow positivity.

    There are many simple ways to practice mindfulness. Some examples include: breath focus, living in the moment and self-acceptance. More structured mindfulness exercises (some of which are evidence based) include: body scan, sitting and walking meditations.
