A Good Place to Start

Guided Mindful Meditations

  • Below are 9 guided mindful meditations. They are for different goals, and they work great if you are not sure what your goal is yet.

These guided mindful meditations allow you to focus on your intention while helping you to accept your mental chatter and then work through and past that chatter.

These 9 meditations focus on alleviating stress, easing physical pain, calling on abundance, self-love and relaxation.

If you have never tried a guided meditation before, perhaps begin by perusing the menu and simply clicking on the one that calls out to you the strongest. If this does not seem to work, start with Meditation 3 or Meditation 8. Body scans are always a great starting point. Explore from there or keep using what works. There is no wrong way to do this.

  • Meditation 1: Stress Relief

    Meditation 2: Mental Health

    Meditation 3: Deep Body Scan

    Meditation 4: Emotional Health

    Meditation 5: Intentions & Affirmations

    Meditation 6: Self Love

    Meditation 7: Anxiety

    Meditation 8: Deep Muscle Relaxation

    Meditation 9: Sleep
